In the process of un-becoming all of our false stories and narratives we are given a beautiful opportunity to re-claim our sense of self worth, our power, and love ourselves unconditionally. All while stepping into unshakable confidence.

"100% the inner child work. Sobbed like a baby. I can't even describe what happened, but I was transported to the past in the meditation. Not even kidding, it was like a time machine brought me back to a time when I was a fragile little girl, who felt rejected and lesser than.
